The location of this hotel is amazing! It is situated in Station 1 of the White Beach, which is known for being the partying area in Boracay. We couldn't believe how close it was to the beach - just a short walk away. The room itself was spacious and always kept clean. We loved having a balcony, especially with a smoking area available. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. And the breakfasts were fantastic, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
We would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a place to stay.

The location was good,if you wanted to be right in the action at White Beach.
We booked a suite with hot water and pool view, cause we wanted to have a nice place to stay at hectic White Beach, what we got was a big room with dirty old sheets and towles, view of the wall of the reception desk, cold water and a house keeping which achieved leaving the room dirtier after cleaning than it was before. We wanted to pay with credit card, but the terminal didn´t word twice. After that we were asked to pay cash, which we didnßt want, so the stuff kept following us around the area till we agried to use the card we used for booking. When we told them about the cold water, they told us it´ll be fixed when we come back the evening the first day. Well the next morning it still didn´t work, we old them again and also that the shets were dirty. Then somebody came and fixed it, but not without ketting us now, how annoying the person thought it was. We also wanted to change the room to a room of the kind we booked, but that was not possible. After the first day of room service we had to go down to the reception again, cause the room was dirtier than before the cleaning. When we asked if the thought that with all tge inconviences we had they thought we still should pay the whole price, which in my opinion was way too much for that hotel, they said yes, but th ould offer us a dinner. Which we accepted, cause we thought there was finally something ie comig rom them. Well the food was cold, cheap and tastes really bad and the stuff didn´t really treat us nicely. All in all we changed the hotel after two days and were really happy cause we got lucky afterwards. I wouldn´t recommend anybody to go there!!!

Very helpful staff at the front desk
Our room was by the restaurant, which opened at six am in the morning, including music. Rooms Are not sound proof by any means (there is a gap between the window and the framing, stops no sound). The beds were incredible hard, and not comfortable whatsoever.

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms were well-maintained and tidy. The beach towel and benches provided made our beach outings much more enjoyable.

The bathroom are very smelly. The manager is not very flexible to find a good solution and move us to more comfortable place. They trying to move us to the same location and they are also smelly. We stuck with smelly bathroom for 5 days. Annoying part they even charge us more when we check- out 2 hrs late cause of our flight.

Great Value and Location; Comfortable Rooms the hotel offered great value for the price and was located in a central area with easy access to restaurants and shops. the rooms were spacious and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. the pool was a lovely spot to relax and unwind.
Crowded Area and Noisy at Times the surrounding area was quite crowded and noisy, which made it difficult to truly relax. there were times when the noise level was disruptive and made it hard to sleep at night.

The spacious rooms and great amenities of this beach resort were perfect for our romantic escape. We loved the fact that it was situated in a key location close to all the action but still secluded enough for some privacy. The beachfront views were stunning and we enjoyed the warm watersports activities offered.
The only negative aspect was the lack of cleanliness around the pool area. It could have been maintained better.
